HOMEMADE CUPCAKES and delicious frosting.

1 / 2 cup butter, softened.
1 cup granulated sugar.
3 tbsp vegetable oil.
2 eggs.
1 1 / 2 cups all purpose flour.
1 / 2 teaspoon baking soda.
1 / 4 tsp salt.
1 / 2 cup cream.
1 1 / 2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 / 4 cup chocolate liqueur.

Preheat oven to. 325 degrees. Line muffin cups eighteen. with liners cupcake paper; Together.

In a large mixing bowl, beat butter, sugar and oil to mix with power and speed to medium. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt baked soda; Together.

Add half of dry ingredients to butter mixture and mix well. Add 1 / 4 cup cream, then mix. Add remaining dry ingredients; Combination. Add remaining cream and vanilla then mix.

Enter the lined paper. muffin tins 3/4s full. bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees or until wooden toothpick. Into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for cable. 5 min. Remove from pan and cool on a rack close wire.

Pour chocolate liqueur down shallow. Bowl. TOPS Hsu dipped into the liquor. cupcakes. Cakes covered with frosting recipes white below. Cupcake Top each with fresh berry, if desired.

Frosting WHITE:.

1 / 2 cup butter.
1 / 4 cup chocolate liqueur.
2 tbsp cream. whipping.
1 1 / 2 tsp vanilla.
£ 1 powdered sugar.

In large mixing bowl, beat butter, liquor,. whipping cream and vanilla with electric mixture on medium speed. Win in powdered sugar and total.

Results:. 18 cupcakes at 342 calories each.
